I have both units - I have a pair of eyes - I'm not dissing the Note 3 - It's fab device.

I noticed a few problems recently, most seem to have spawned since installing those Xposed theme mods. Stuff like Gmail not syncing in real time (not getting push emails, but randomly choosing when to sync), the drop down tray not as smooth as stock, other apps not updating in real time with notifications, google play sometimes saying "retry" due to no connection etc etc.

I've just reset factory defaults and am back on stock (but rooted) MJ1 and everything is working flawlessly. Good thing this is on DC-HSDPA because all these app updates and files being downloaded are massive.

64bit processor and a better camera (esp in low light). That's what we know so far.

Yes - however I'm on the lookout for a new phone so I'm happy with the news. It may just be a rumour though. I have a feeling Samsung will stick to a May release.
