£620 is nope city for me.

Absolutely not paying that for a 980 replacement. This is 1080TI Price.

Even if it was a 1080Ti, at £620 that would be on the high side of the custom end.

I'll wait for the custom 1080 cards, which i think many will do. It isn't that i can't afford the card, i'm just not paying £620 for a reference non Ti version card. Madness.
 
The TI launch should be interesting, I think the ludicrous price of the baby 1080 will end up pushing the TI to the £700 range :(

The people throughout the thread trying to convince us that £600 is ok for this card because it's the fastest.

Well the 980 spanked the 780ti when it was released, but a 980 was not £620.

The high end water cooled 980ti boards were £620+

So unless the custom board makers come in at a lower price (why would they, they will have a faster product?) then we ARE looking at £700 for a TI.
