I had a team then I tinkered and this is what I have now. (wish I had saved my last team though as not sure but was probably better)

Struggled to get the team I wanted especially with the daft prices for even half decent players this year, night switch slightly dependent on transfers in the next couple of weeks.

I think its good that the good players are priced high, it forces you to pick your team very carefully and pick from the lower echelons of the player pool. Makes it more interesting and makes the cheap gems more valuable.

Agreed, would be boring if you could afford all the top names.

Why is chosing a team so hard?! I'm sure this will change loads before Saturday..

Found it slightly tougher to come up with a team this time around. Main issues being:

-GK: Fine
-Defence: Players are mostly expensive or I can't be sure of their gametime
-Midfield: Generally OK at the top end of the scale but budget options I find interesting have a few question marks over whether they will be regular starters
-Strikers: Again not too bad but not much risk-free options in the midrange say 7-9m

Defence is the real worry, can't come up with anything I'm happy with or would turn any heads for that matter. Currently erring towards a fairly cheap defence with the cash being invested elsewhere.
