Well take the positive, we had another person (Jokester) signup last night so plenty of beer to go round yet

If anyone doesn't get their email in by 8pm each saturday then yes it's Zero points (ok 1 or 2 mins past the hour will be fine ). It's just we have two people haven't replied to the competition email or even reposted in the thread so I'm 'guessing' they might be no shows. That said if they miss the first week I can see no reason why they still can't join in next week.
