Although woefully out of my depth amongst these 3950Xs and the like, I've just ragged this out my 2700X. My best ever score!
Don't ask me if it's stable, it's got through Cinebench and it still hasn't crashed yet...

Is a difference of 40 points significant?

I've never bother running this program before, but been experimenting with raising the XFR settings on my 3700x.

Managed to get 5000 points earlier then changed the scalar from 4x to 2x and it went down by 40 points.
