no, i think more than consistent for an intel 8core.
Its never going to trouble the AMD parts at that level/price poitn in multi, but competitive single core is what they aimed for.

Around 1670 i think. Been a long time since i ran stock since PBO is basically a no effort free overclock.

I just ran it again without changing anything but closing all apps and Chrome and got ST 1679 & MT 13561 this time.

Might as well tack this on

5900x @+200
Really have to spend some time working this all out, doesn't seem to go much higher than 65, so I think i should have significant headroom somewhere.

I did get a much more respectable 1623 in single core, but can't find the screenshot.

-edit2now 1648 actually

I've set the 200MHz, and then curve optimised my main core to -6, second best to -11 and the rest to -17. Temps max at 74. Would prefer it under 70, as the cooler makes virtually no noise below 70.
Not sure what to do next?

The peak I managed to achieve with my 5800X before selling it to my brother and nabbing a 5900X:

This was with PBO +75MHz and a mix of core offsets (-10 to -20 I believe).

Will share 5900X results once I get around to doing some more tweaking.
