Still working on the Curve Optimization ... just started today so ... still a little confused with this new "world"
quick question if anyone has a similar issue and found a solution, running r23 my cpu sits all core about 4200mhz, sometimes drop to 4125 and occasionally up to 4225, never higher, but mostly sat at 4200 pretty much the whole time, in case my temps had an issue I ran my fans full, with temps sitting in around 55 give or take 1 degree for the duration of the tesy, when playing games ive seen my all core 4.5 but and even 4.6, but running r23 at no point does the all core go that high

Your probably power limited if this is at stock?.
Try enabling PBO and setting motherboard limits.
No problem, try also seeing if you can set a negative curve optimizer as this should boost multi thread even more, start at -5 > -10 etc and work your way up till is crashes then dial back to last stable.I was positive I tried pbo enabled and had the same result, just did that again after your suggestion and all core boost was up in the 43.75-4.4 ranger, multi score was 21.8k - 1k more than I was previously getting, thanks!
