So we came 2nd last. Shame but i thought she was pretty weak singing live and didnt do the song justice at all.

Other acts we liked in our house. Norway was really good, Isreal was good, and the wife really liked Germany.

Croatia and Austraillia were like what the hell is this lol.
 
I actually liked the Sweden song. I’m a trance fan and the background synth line definitely had that trance style hook about it. Could easy make a great dance floor filler remix of that.

I think the only decent thing was the stage, lot of money spent on that stage.

Only reason I can see that won is the artist is known and liked already.
 
My top three were Australia, Finland (Madness) and Israel( Eye candy) so wasn't far off.

Sweden only won because it was bookies favourite and judges were corrupted a bit like Ukraine getting sympathy vote last year. Surprised how bad Australia did but then again I think I was swayed by the tasty MR2 looking back at it.

I wonder which city will get lucky next year. I don't think Göteborg has done it for a long time.

Gutted that Australia only got 15 points or summat in the public vote. Oh well, I'll give 'em a few quid via Apple Music.
