**** The Official OnePlus 5 Thread ****

I just got a Oneplus 5t and so far finding it great to use.

But I seem to be having a problem with saved google passwords.

All other android phones I've had of late (s8, mate 10 pro, honor 9, U11) once I am signed into my google account on desktop and phone the password for apps are saved and when I go to log in any of them I get offered the saved password.

This doesn't seem to happen on the Oneplus, I get the offer if using a bookmark in the chrome browser but not for when using an app?

Just logged out of Google, removed account, then put back account, allowed all syncing but still no offer of saved passwords using apps? Just using chrome browser, Weird!

The new ambient display design with the new font and red accent is awful. Turned it off.

Battery life seems to have got even better on oreo for me by maybe 10%. Better standby time.

I did the vpn via Canada for 8.0 on my OP5. Barely anything different as far as I can see - no issues battery wise etc. Nothing worth getting excited about!

I've mainly noticed improved battery life (was already good) and little touches like highlighting a phone number pops up a direct phone sub menu short cut etc. Oreo is mostly all under the hood improvements.
