Hi all.
The missus got a OnePlus 5T for Xmas, but she's having problems with it. The dash charging cable ( or any usb-c cable for that matter ) isn't fitting in the socket properly - it's not "clicking home".
Anyone had similar issue? The phone charges, but very slowly.
I've tried blowing the socket out with compressed air and poking around with a toothpick to clear any debris, but no luck

I have that issue with a certain case i got for mine. The phone is not in a case?
It's in the case that came with the phone - the clear plastic OnePlus case. And it still fails to connect when it's out of the case
Ok, since you've said any C cable doesn't plug in, then I think your only option is to contact them. Did you order direct online or get one via O2, I've not had any personal experience with their support teams but hope you get it sorted.

Just ordered a 5T from O2! 
My USB c cable fits perfectly and had a nice click feel when it's plugged in.. Sounds faulty I'd return it.
OPO have announcement in 2 days, however mkbhd dropped a Snapchat of his business cards with a white Oneplus in the background and soon removed the photo. Looked very nice too, going to assume that's the next announcement.

We got it from OnePlus, so yeah I'm thinking it's an RMA job.

Nah it ain't.. The star wars edition has the red star wars logo on the back of the phone.
It also explains why he removed the snap and took another without the phone.

Got the oreo update tonight on mine. Guessing I'm one of the last to get it?

Bluetooth. How are people finding it? I'm having playback issues, interruptions etc. when connected to my Kenwood car stereo and my Sony earphones... Latest Oxygen.
Is there a way to clear the cache etc. on Bluetooth? If that would make a difference anyway

I've had Bluetooth issues for a while now... different builds.
Just finished the install. So far my Bluetooth headset is working fine. Only tried it for around 5 mins though! I'll give the car stereo Bluetooth a shot at the weekend.
So far I'm struggling to tell much difference between it and Nougat though. Performance seems a bit snappier. The drop down app notification menu is slightly cleaner and more functional.

If you wouldn't mind, that'd be great! Have you ever factory reset or cleared any Bluetooth caches or anything out of interest?
