Cheers - maybe we'll start with a few supermarket samples.
This 2.3kg Arla block seems to get a few recommendations:

I've seen somebody mention Costco stock it but we don't have a card there, nor one very close anymore. There's people selling via Amazon and eBay but it's almost £25 a block including delivery.
Costco stoc the grated Arla Mozz too, think its about 2.99 for a KG bag
Their romano cheese is well worth grabbing while yer there we just finished our last block.
and Keep an eye on the canned good aisle, they've had cans of San Marzano toms there too larger ones, think they were 450gm 3 cans for 7.50
I decided to give them a bash after all the hype and I do agree they make a damn fine pizza just with a pinch of salt, Im not making any more pizza wiht the old KTC toms I use.
Valfrutta ones do seem ok.
As for the pellets I've been using those Eco brites since I got mine problem free.

They quite often have 2 listed on the site, identical from what I can see but onle normally about a quid cheaper haha
I do have the gas burner but haven't gotten round to trying it yet.
