Got my dual shock 4 today. Which doesn't work on the PS3. Well it does, but it needs to stay plugged in and the Playstation button doesn't work.. So you can never exit a game, nor can you go very far away from the console as the it needs to stay plugged in for it to work.
It feels nice in the hand... Probably not quite as enjoyable as the 360 controller, but better than the dual shock. It still feels like a playstation controller, due to the analogue sticks being relatively in the same position.
There's no 1,2,3,4 red leds... Just an orange light at the back, so figuring out who's got controller 1 and who has controller 2, will not be as obvious.. I'm guessing like the motion controller, orange is 1, and i dunno blue/purple or whatever will be 2? This is just an assumption. D pad feels nicer than the Dual Shock 2, as do the analogue sticks. Its more solid than a DS3, which can creak a little when squeezing.. It's as solid as an xbox controller. Its nice, dunno yet if i prefer to the xbox controller, maybe something you could end up preferring. horses for courses.
