*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Picked up the 'shooter' pack from GAME yesterday. PS4 Last Of Us Bundle and COD: Ghosts, 3 months PSN+ and thumb grips for £389.99. Very impressed with the system so far. Bit odd that it wobbles on flat surfaces though.

Bought the Orb grips yesterday as I noticed some rubbery residue building up after a Resogun session. Pretty happy with them and they're a lot more grippy than the normal sticks. I might go for the XB1 sticks later on but these'll do me for now.

I fixed my PC up last week (finally after 7 months...) and then upgraded the GPU and RAM - been playing Path of Exile all week and it's got me quite excited for Diablo 3 on PS4 in 2 weeks time.

I thought I never played it much on PC when it launched, but logged into Battlenet and had about 50-60 hours on it. And that was playing mostly Solo. So now I can't wait to play 4 player on that with some mates.

Also, as some of them are quite new to it - I wouldn't mind starting a HC team via OCUK if anyone is up for that?

Doesn't have to just be 4 people - could have more - see how long we can last.

I was going to purchase a game but I noticed it says I have 2 games in my cart that I don't want and did not put them there. how do I empty my cart

In the store choose show basket, there should be a remove icon next to the games you have in there.

Does anyone have any experience regarding using a US PS4 in the UK?
I want to pre-order a white PS4 bundle with Destiny and discovered i can get it about £60 cheaper if i order it from Amazon US as opposed to Game.

I understand games are region free so i would just need to change the power plug?

Is it really worth the hassle for the sake of a measly £60?

What about import duty?

You would just need to swap the power cable there is no need for a converter.

Obviously the warranty would not be covered by SCEE, and the blu-ray playback would be locked to US region discs.

I'm using a UK PS4 in Russia without any issue, just put an adapter on the power plug and have bought a game from the UK PS store since being here, works fine.

My poor PS4 is so dusty :( I might get TLOU when I find it second hand for £20 but still nothing much to play which is why I was 'forced' to get another PC. Diablo looks good though and I'd be more comfy playing on PS4 than PC.
