Looking to buy a PS5 for the kids birthday, is it worth getting a 3 yr warranty for £60? Argos doin that. are they as reliable as the ps4?

What does it cover? I got the extended warranty/insurance on Amazon when I bought mine at launch, it was cheap enough and I've not yet needed it but will probably claim for a new controller before the time is up as the battery life is rubbish these days.

For £60 I don't know that I'd bother, it was £30 on Amazon which to me made sense as that's cheaper than even a controller.

I only ever buy the Slims. Smaller and more efficient, just better models all round.

It's not so much the look but the size of it. Not everyone has a shelf or TV stand that can easily fit the PS5.

I think 2 years is the minimum for electronics so it should be 2 years standard everywhere.

I don't think I'm really looking forward to anything tonight. Although if they get Half Life Alyx and a new Astro game on to PSVR2, then I may be very tempted to get one.

I agree. I don't think it's much small than my av amount, although I've got the povety xbox so that makes it look even bigger.
