Finding AstroBot a great game with some nice little nostalgic pieces hidden away, but as Noxia said some of these WoW factor has gone so I tend to only be able to play in short sessions, 1-2 levels at a time. But then I’m finding with gaming in general I’m feeling a bit melancholy with most things at the moment, but that’s more me than the games.
It's not you,the majority of people feel the same. Games just aren't what they used to be.

Too much time and money to invest for the same thing over and over.

Saying that I got the Astro Bot platinum in 2 days, but it was enjoyable with little challenge (it's biggest issue imo)

Think I might have to give up on vr. I can last about 4 mins on Resident Evil 4. Maybe 10-15 in GT7. On rails games I'm fine with, anything where I control the movement is instant motion sickness. Don't know whether a couple of months of feeling sick is worth it to "train" myself.

I'm the same, Beat Saber I could play for as long as I want, Pistol Whip same story. Anything else and I'm done after 10 minutes max, I tried that Kayak game over Xmas , it was extra bad. Only game I'd put myself through it for is GT7 if I had a proper decent wheel and rig but I just don't.

TBH, I wouldn't push myself if I were you. These things are meant to be fun and if VR has that effect on you, then torturing yourself just to get used to it is hardly worth it.

I read about taking ginger tablets an hour or so beforehand. I'm not sure if it worked or it was a placebo but I felt I could go for longer. Worth a try.

I used these when I bought a PSVR2 on Black Friday last year, found after a few sessions I didn't need them and was able to play for longer. I've even started to play Metro Awakening using the sliding movement rather than teleport motion.

Has anyone picked up Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 today, and if so, how is it?

I'm tempted.......
Yeah I got it - looks like it's going to be much like the first, which is great imo.

I just posted on the 'games you're playing' thread about it, by all means, not a review though.

Henry feels just as useless as at the start of KCD, which seems a bit odd, considering he was a semi knight in the last one - but I guess they couldn't have him start that highly ranked or it would make the game a walk over

Ordered some black plates from China. They fit ok and do the job…

Ooh, I like that. Where did you get that from or is it easy enough to Google?
