Vodafone MN-1 - :D YEY! I had the gold one!

I had the blue one :D wasn't my first phone but had it for a couple of years. Gave it to my mother once I bought a new one and she had for god knows how long.

She ended up giving it to my niece to play with when she was a toddler. Probs still in a toy box somewhere lol.

Since i'm on the nightshift with nothing else to do, I've just hit ebay to see if i can grab an 8210 for peanuts. Always loved that phone! Would love something retro, but Jesus  they don't half go for a few quid!!

5110 on voda
3210 (orange)
8210 orange
6210 <--- the daddy.... lasted from 2001 to 2008 before screen stopped working.
the couple of the VX1 credit cards above, then an Iphone

Also had the sporty 5xxx series about i think and a sony J5 (sucked)

iphone sound quality blows hard goats compared to the 6210, in fact just about no other phone can compete for call quality IMO

The all time classic phone for me was my 8210. I had a 55sonething before then before getting an 8210 in sixth form on contract. Epically cool because it didn't weigh your super stylish suit down.

I even managed to sell it for £150 after 18 months of use.

I had a super little sony Ericsson (with a really good camera that i often used when surveying for work) after that and a ****** Samsung before a viewty.

The next phone that impressed me was the HTC hero after a hellish 18m on the viewty.

My phone history in order. I've been through a few!

Was very happy with this phone, had the cool outer glow ring and very sexy for it's age at that point.

After the Blackberry I moved on to Android and not looked back!

had the following Android devices since:

HTC Desire HD,
Samsung Galaxy S2,
T-Mobile Rapport (basic backup which I sold after a few months)
Samsung Galaxy S (my main backup phone and music player due to Voodoo)
Samsung Galaxy S3 (Used for a few weeks for testing)

Current device since launch: HTC One X

Check out this bad boy from the early nineties. Looks like a child's toy nowadays. No display at all, just a couple of lights. The wife got it from daddy to go to University.

Fully boxed with accessories and charger, taken down from the in-laws loft a couple of days ago.

Love these threads...

1995 - Orange PCN - Dancall DC1 - Very thin for the time, SMS and everything
1999 - Orange - Nokia NK702 - Good phone custom ringtone and wallpaper
2001 - Orange - Nokia 6210 - One of the best, battery lasts almost a week
2002 - Orange - Nokia 6310i - Same as above with bluetooth, blue screen etc
2004 - Orange - Nokia 7250i - Colour screen, **** camera
2005 - Orange - Nokia 6330 - S60 Symbian smartphone, front and rear cams, ran NES emulator
2006 - T-Mobile - Nokia N95 - First real smartphone, luckily mine wasnt buggy. Played DivX files
2008 - O2 - Apple iPhone 3G - Loved the smoothness of the OS, shame no MMS, no video recording, no bluetooth files
2010 - O2 - Apple iPhone 4 - Retina display, fast as hell when it launched great for showcasing photos and videos

Thats where I am, years might be slightly off.
