Off to Wales tomorrow night after work to meet my brother in law and his brother in law (both French). Managed to get tickets for Saturday's game, can't wait! Should be a cracking weekend.

Arrive in Cardiff around 9pm Friday, still plenty of the night left to enjoy :D

Enjoy, had a flying visit to Cardiff for the All Blacks - Georgia game and looked like it would be a good night out! Sadly I was driving. :(

Brother managed to get tickets to the semi on Irelands side of the draw.
Pretty nervous about Sunday's game! Knowing my luck I'll be off to see Scotland v Argentina for a whole lot of money!

Wow Barnes just called that tackle perfectly. You rarely see players being told to release when the tackle player has a knee against the floor. Players seem to think if you are holding the ball you're entitled not to release.

A referee actually applying the law as it is written, amazing.

edit: I'm watching on ITV Wales so I get the joy of a highly partisan commentary team.

It was a good start by Wales and I thought with Bismarck Du Plessis off early that might help then but Wales are giving away too many penalties. Good try from the Welsh there but what were South Africa doing on that restart.

Changing the subject but pleased to see Ford and Gray can play tomorrow, not that I think it'll change the outcome much.

Both Welsh and Saffer flankers jackal borderline illegally but differently. Louw for instance doesn't come from an onside position , kind off putting his arms in then swinging his body back to onside after he's arrived, whereas the Welsh lads routinely put their hands on teh floor beyond the ball then come back to it. It's all so quick it just shows how important it is that you have you're support right on your shoulder to clean out. Very imppresive technique all round.

Baldwin clearly out cold. Another one felled by getting his head on the wrong side.

Two excellent examples of counter rucking one each way. I love to see players playing what's in front of them.
