I sent my note8 off last week to CPW for trade in and Ive not heard anything yet.

Rang a couple of times and was just told they get a lot of phones coming in and I'll get an email once they book it in.

I've a feeling I should have gone instore with it.

Anyone else sent theirs in and not heard anything back?
 
I’m sadly not an owner but am quite keen to get the Galaxy skin on Fortnite like others have requested. Please let me know if you are willing and don’t play the game yourself. Cheers :)
 
Sent my S8+ to them last week via RM Special delivery, someone signed for it on the Thursday. Checked the FAQ and payment is 'within 3 working days'. I've not received any confirmation they've received it (other than the RM tracking) and end of play today was the 3 working days. I think the £200 on top offer combined with release day pressure of a popular phone AND a BH weekend everything is running a bit behind.

All week I have been changing my mind about trading my Note 8 in for a Note 9 but not sure it is worth putting the extra £350 on top of the trade in at CPW?

WOW...If I only had to pay £350 to upgrade from my note 8 to a note 9 I be jumping at it straight away with in seconds..

Must people would have to paid £500 to £600 to do the same change
(They would need to sell there note 8 somewhere for £300 to £400 and then pay the extra)
 
I had no issue with CPW trade in, i picked my note 9 up in store on launch day, took my S8+ with me, they checked it over, took credit card off me and refunded the card there and then for the full £450. Checked bank on Wednesday and it had cleared. Job Done.

Got my dbrand Black Camo skin today and honestly, I'm loving it on the black Note9 -

Yup, matching devices! (The underside of the Macbook Air is grey carbon. I'm actually thinking of changing it to yellow carbon for a nice contrast)
