I used it a few years agon on the S21 but it did not have major improvements. slower and a lot more work thank the base Samsung.Been using this gcam camera mod with config on my gs23+ and it's ridiculous how much better the photo quality is over stock camera....

How much better has it gotten ? does it work a lot better more seamless now ?
what's the difference between LMC version and AGC 9.1
Which is a good config to go for ? they have a few.I did the same with my s21 too and found the same but this version is noticeably better for colours and dynamic range etc. so seems like this has come a long way since. The config profile seems to be the main thing that helps/makes a difference. Worth giving a go, literally only takes 2 minutes to install the apk then load the config profile. There is a comment in that Reddit thread for other s23 devices and the config profiles.
Will still use the stock Samsung app for video recording though.

Profiles Description:
Generally, LDR profiles handle better motion and have deeper shadows and better volume than HDR profiles, HDR profiles have brighter shadows and better highlights because use merging frames with different exposures, especially in night mode.
- Balanced-LDR: profile in low dynamic range style with balance between image quality and motion artifacts
- MaxQ-LDR: profile in low dynamic range style with focus on max image quality
- Astro: profile in low dynamic range style optimized for shots in dark conditions or using Google astro mode
- Balanced-HDR: profile in high dynamic range style with balance between image quality and motion artifacts, to have maximum HDR need to use night mode even for day shots
- MaxQ-HDR: profile in high dynamic range style with focus on max image quality, to have maximum HDR need to use night mode even for day shots
- Sport: profile in low dynamic range style optimized to capture motion objects
Any S23 series owners upgrading to S25 series?
I think I'll go from my S23+ to S25+ as long as it has SD Elite and doesn't overheat.

Same here, I used to upgrade every gen until the S23 came along, which I am still very happy with. As others have said, unless Sammy come out with a ridiculous trade-in deal that is too good to resist I will probably be sticking for another year.Still happy with mine atm
Haha yes, that was why I got my s23 in the first place. Else would've carried on with my S10 lite.unless Sammy come out with a ridiculous trade-in deal that is too good to resist I will probably be sticking for another year.
I also sold my S10 lite for £180 (iirc) so was basically quids inAnybody in search of a 128GB S23 (contract) this is fire!
£543
Less £100 cashback
+ earbuds (sell for £80)
+ 12m Disney+ (sell for £40)
£323 (£360 ish after mid-contract price rises) for a S23 + 100GB 24mth contract
Less £12/mth for the contract and the phone is basically £35 lol
Yes I've given in to temptation and bought it even though I don't need it lol
What phone did you trade in for £200?Well they did it, after they announced the £200 trade-in deal I caved and upgraded
The pre-order offers and codes meant all meant I got the S25 256gb for £379, so after selling on the free buds and my old s23 128gb it should end up costing me ~£100.
