Well I just took this Topaz Blue S6 back & got the Black Sapphire one as a replacement because they had no Blue one's in stock, signal is much much better on this replacement & I'm liking the Black more than the Blue aswell. :cool:
 
Got my S6 this morning, previously had the S6 edge but the S6 definitely feels a lot better to hold. The UI is a bit laggy , but I can live with it.

Also go the GEAR VR, resolution is a little low so things aren't as sharp as I'd like and I spend a lot of time farting about with the focus, but the experience is really good so far and all for £80.

The Assassin's Creed DLC video, albeit short is superb :)
 
just bought myself the Sapphire Black 32GB on O2 refresh for 259.99.

I think that's a nice deal and good value for money.

Was deciding between that and Gold, but Gold looks bit too flashy.
 
is it really that bad? so far all the android phones/tablets I've seen had certain amount of lag, the lowest one was on Nexuses (namely my N9 on Marshmallow)

I also bought it as BNIB, not a refurb.

I use a custom launcher normally nova and it's far better than the stick launcher. I have had S6 and I can't say it lagged , maybe it's the O2 stuff on it. Am sure Marshmallow will help. I would be putting a stock rom on
 
just had one of these from O2 via the deal on hotukdeals that was posted above in the thread, was easy peasy to do. Paid phone off £259in total and cancelled the air time and have the unlock code free. Good price for a S6 imo.

did you get the code from them via chat or phone? how long did it last? di you cancel immediately after getting the code?
 
Took a while to get the code about 18 hours I think got it via the chat. I checked on the website in my settings and it had gone though, you can actually do it in your settings as well in the unlock part.

People have posted on hotuk that they put the request in on the chat, paid for the phone and cancelled the contract and have received the unlock code. It seems random on times, some have had them in 2 hours others over 24 hours.

I just put the sim in and when I looked in my o2, the phone popped up with the IM etc so it had registered it on the system.

I did pay for the phone using the sim in the phone and did the rest via the chat.
 
My code has just come through also, phone has been unlocked. I did make a phone call using the sim, never picked up on my other phone though and about 20 mins later it arrived. Not sure if it was just a coincidence .
