*** The Official Samsung Galaxy S6/Edge Thread ***

Prediction: more of the same, pointlessly increased screen resolution in order to cancel out any benefits of a newer laregrr battery. It will sell out anyway mostly to people who can't cope with still having an S5 now it's not the best model anymore :p

Samsung really need to do away with the hardware buttons on the bottom of the phone. It's just adds unnecessary length to it.

that's not really true though - it's not like the space under the buttons is solely taken up by the buttons workings and if you compare Sony and HTC phones who both use onscreen buttons they both have much larger vertical bezels.
it's all got to go somewhere.

After seeing the video I'm still a bit torn between the Edge and normal version :(

Although with no SD slot and wanting 128GB storage will have to wait for prices to drop to a reasonable level for it.

If I were to get the S6 it would be dependent on two factors.

Just how debloated TW would be and how much the 128Gb version would cost.

Looks like either way I'm coming back to Samsung for my next phone.

Think you'll be disappointed again as the leaks point to the speaker being on the bottom of the phone a la Apple.

Well maybe I want to watch YouTube videos without earphones, or listen to music, without earphones.

Really don't understand why people don't get this.

I do get it and I don't care what you do. Unless you do it in public, in which case it's beyond irritating.

But that's another argument.

I just don't understand the concept of putting the speaker on the side where it easily gets covered. Tbh, the back makes more sense - the placement on the 2013 Moto X, whilst on the back, wasn't easily coverable with the hand.

How are the speakers on the Z3 BTW? Anyone know?
