I was told DPD will text me on the morning of the delivery to say which hour it will arrive.

My Samsung order updated at about 10am to say both items had been shipped, and provided the tracking number for Parcelforce.

Parcelforce has been saying it's at stage 1 'dispatched' all day, so I figure they've collected the phone from Samsung to begin delivery (hopefully!) tomorrow.

Lots of Vodafone customers seem to be being told only the S7 is being delivered tomorrow, and all Edge handsets on Friday.

Their CS is an absolute shambles, everyone being told all sorts of things. However every Vodafone rep I've spoke to has told me I'll receive my Edge tomorrow, and will get a tracking number and time slot in the morning from DPD.. It all sounds like guess work to me.

Each time I've spoken to Vodafone I've been told something different. I'm just going with Monday next week and I don't be disappointed.

I've ordered with EE and I haven't heard anything yet. Usually with DPD I get a text and email the night before at around 8pm informing me they will deliver the next day.

Then they do the same in the morning around 8am giving a 1 hour time slot for the delivery.

I tried to ordered an S7 edge from CPW this morning and had no luck what so ever as I could not choose my guernsey channel island address..
So I phone them up after work to order one over the phone and the they told me they don't ship to the channel islands..

But this is what they have written on there website ..

Chaparral. I'm also from the channel Islands. And as far as I'm aware (I'm not 100% sure..) Amazon Germany give you the free VR headset with their order. That's where I'm getting mine. They also remove vat.

Mines with dpd. O2 confirmed it's on its way to their shop on the high street as I selected click and collect. Sods law I'll get to work and get an email to pick it up.

Mine is sat it the CPW store 200m from my house. They won't hand it over ��.

So what happened yesterday after you got the email telling you that your order had been cancelled, I'm guessing that was just a mistake? I was curious as to the outcome.
