However, in order to help you to solve this issue, I applied a 1-time exception, sending you a replacement red cable for you this time. Please know the replacement cable won't carry any warranty in this case."
 
Well there’s a turn up for the books. And a dramatic thread revival too. Just got a software update on my S7, the first in many months so must be something serious!
 
No updates available for my phone, says 1 Dec 2019 security patch I have is the latest.
Has anyone recently replaced their phone battery (S7) and can recommend a supplier for a decent battery?
