mines been at stage 2 since 29th Feb.

got to phone them back today and massively complain as I'm a new customer and if this is how the relationship is going to start and continue i think i'll stay with O2 and pay that little bit more

I'll certainly be looking to complain and see what I can get out of them...but won't be staying with O2 as they are waaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive when I factor in my 20% off at Vodafone.

Really disappointed with the way this has been handled, only hope is a text or something during the day to say it's been organised in store for collection.

It is a little disappointing that the SD820 has superior performance, GPU in particular over the 8890 that we get. Along with the limited colour choice in the UK it seems we got the poorest deal.

The performance difference might not be to noticeable outside of synthetic benchmarks though I guess.
 
Urgh, waiting for a parcelforce delivery really helps you appreciate how fantastic DPB are. Plus nobody home this afternoon (the only day this week) so may have to wait until tomorrow.
 
The colour choice is the only disappointing thing really, I like white phones so would have had that or maybe gone for the silver. Not a fan of the gold colour so had to go black this time round.
 
Thankfully I've received an email from Vodafone saying my phone will be delivered today! I'm happy that the date of the 14th was just misinformation from Vodafone.

Read something elsewhere earlier from someone who contacted Vodafone (His device was out for delivery, and he knew this) - He questioned where his order was, and he got the same robotic response that there was an error in the system and his order would be delayed.

Their CS is truly an absolute shambles.
 
Still no delivery time slot message, just the message from Vodafone saying its coming.

Is it sad or cool that I woke up early eager to check my phone for the message?

Its cool isn't it :p
