**** The Official Samsung Galaxy S7/Edge Thread ****

Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next."

I had left a note on the door of my apartment in the hope that they may have gotten into the building via someone else. Now I have to walk past both the PF depot and the PO collection centre on the way home without the collection card (if it's even available to collect in the first place!)


Also all these pictures of the Edge are making me slightly regretful about getting the regular S7...someone please post pictures of their S7 to put my mind at ease!
 
My manager ordered his from CPW shortly after hearing I pre-ordered. He was supposed to pick it up today in store. Turns up and was told "it's not here, none of them are here".

The screen is amazing, compared to my Lumia 950XL its night and day apart, and I was impressed with the 950XL in December coming from a Note 3.
The colour is so vibrant.

The side curved parts of the screen feel a little gimmicky, but maybe I will find good use for them once I'm have a proper play with the phone.

The response time is amazing, no lag or slowdown at all. And dunno if the themes are new to marshmellow or if they are from samsung, but they are great, much better than needing to install an aftermarket UI like Nova.

I will spend a few hours customising it to my like tonight.
 
Erm, Nova is not an aftermarket "UI" as such, and nothing else (launcher) compares to Nova Launcher for scope of customisation and features!

Themes are completely different though, apply the material dark and have a phone that may as well be a tweaked Stock interface.

Yeah, but I feel that the themes available will mean i dont really need Nova anymore, but maybye in a few months I will be bored and add it back onto my handset

So don't you use the features of Nova then, like gestures and actions?

Seems a but mad to have such a powerful launcher and not utilise it's features and then sack it off in favour of a system theme that has nothing to do with launchers anyway!
