I hope you're right and the adviser I spoke to when upgrading is wrong. I'm trying to get hold of Vodafone LiveChat as we speak.

Would be nice if it arrives by the 8th but I won't overly stress, would be unhappy if it didn't come by the 11th though.

Anyway, I think its best to sit back, relax and see what happens. No point stressing over it , especially when nobody knows for sure.

I ordered about a week ago, in-store, and was told the 8th Assuming all goes well, 11th at the latest, Either way, no rush as long as it doesn't take too long. Excited to be getting a new phone, but only because the S4 is so unrealiable now and i use my tablet for most things.
 
I imagine Samsung will ship on the 7th but once its in the couriers hands its up to them to deliver. Denser populated areas or remote areas may be slower.

Any idea what courier Samsung will use?
 
What's the best way to mirror a S7 to your TV via HDMI only, no wifi?

For my Z3 I use a MHL adapter which works perfectly, but I have read Samsung dropped MHL support from the S6 onwards.

Is there a Samsung alternative adapter? Looked at Chromecast but it seems to be more for streaming, rather than straight mirror of the phone.

I'd hope note, unless they are using a particularly rubbish courier! Would be nice to know who they use, everyone should use DPB tbh.
 
Got the actual despatch email from CPW today, yesterday's was just a getting it ready type thing.
