Well I have to say it, watching the pictures of the space X landing... Amazing apart from the very cheap B movie look of the entire crew section. It's been stylised by some over paid clumpy flump for sure. I wonder how many required engineering decisions have been overturned due to styling. Also there is way to much space in it

It'll be tracked by everyone, but even with that the area of impact could be huge with such an uncontrolled re-entry.

They're quite educated guesses though based on past launches. Spacex themselves don't release any info about them.

However, there is an unlisted YouTube video for the official stream which shows a start time in 5 minutes.
