do you need dual GB lan, and Esata, if so pay the extra, if not stick with the P5Q PRO.
1GB 4850 seems good, esp for only, though i would get the 512 and get a better cooler (Arctic Cooling Xtreme)

Not sure, just looking for a 'good fit'. Don't want to go stupid money but at the same time don't want to go bargain basement.

firstly, the 4850> 9800GTX+

then only a dual is needed, plus it will OC to 3.7 EASY!

also just partiton the disc for keeping OS and data seprate.

IMO the raptors are jsut not worth the price, they woudl be for £50 less, but not for that price.

IMO 19" the 4870 is a waste, so id get this:

onboard sound would be enough, but a xonar dx would be perfect.

id suggest you go with the AMD route for HTPCs.

infact shop around for the 4850e x2 CPU

there are no satelite TV cards on OcUK

i know its £30 over, but i really think the cooler is worth it over the stock cooler for the CPU, you should easily hit 3.2GHz from 2.4 Stock.

but here we are, for gaming over 1024 x 768, maxed out will not be possible

well you could rid the cooler, and use stock cooler, but then im not sure if even 3GHz is possible with OCing.
