Well it’s definitely going to require a sign-in to Bethesda.net regardless. Will it crash out if the connection is lost? Time will tell.
Come on, we all know there’s likely to be teething problems once it’s launched, with a potential flurry of week one patches.
It’s almost inevitable IMO.

You do also get the first DLC, art book and sound track so not just early access. I got the premium edition with my GPU, would probably have just thought standard if I was paying though.

Maybe, although early hints point at a lack of bugs and at least it’ll use MS servers now for sign ins. I’m sure there’ll be some kind of PC hardware issue.

Well hopefully they've learnt from the backlash that Fallout 76 got upon release and the fact that Starfield's release has been delayed twice we may (hopefully) get a release in a decent state
If you bought the premium verison from cdkeys the code should be available straight away.

I haven't, just check on AMD Rewards site. I'm assuming they will be released on the 30th.
Edit: just googled and a Reddit user has posted a response from AMD saying that Premium Edition codes will be sent out on 1st Sept. Hope you've got fast internet

I bought the premium for the DLC, couldn't care less about playing it five days early, though since I can, I will.
Yeah, it wasn’t a dig at those that paid for Premium, I just couldn’t justify the cost for the DLC and OST, etc, and I’ve already got a 4090FE.
Clearly spent all my money on the GPU instead!

Doesn't the retailer you bought the product from send you the code then you activate it via AMD rewards ?
IIRC it’s only the base game on game pass. DLCs will probably have to be purchased

Yeah, I activated on AMDRewards, but it says the key is pending still. I don't think they send keys out until release day it looks like.

Only reason I would have bought Standard if I hadn'tt got the game included with my GPU is because I very rarely pay extra for deluxe and premium editions of games that include DLC that isn't out yet. If it turns out I don't like the game or I'm playing something else by the time the DLC is released then its just wasted money IMO.
I spent all my money on my GPU but AMD was kind enough to give me the game also
Yes, that is pretty much always the case with Gamepass.
I never buy any DLC anyway except for genuine large expansion packs.
I dont think it should have ever become a thing.

Yeah, you enter the code that you got with your eligible AMD product on the AMD Rewards site and then you wait for the game code to become available.
Part the reason I got it on Steam as I’m about to cancel GamePass.
That and the fact mods are unlikely to play nicely with the GamePass version.
