Hello all,

I've decided to make this to help quash any worries people are having regarding size and fitting of graphics card in their dinky SFF rigs.

Hopefully people can see what I've done here and post their own personal findings below (hopefully with a picture attached - 800x600 maximum please!)

Also, a good idea would be to explain any problems, or handy tips to help out someone who might be considering a simular setup.

I will start us off;

Machine : Shuttle SN26P

Graphics Card : BFG 7800GTX 512MB OC

Tips : In order to get the card to fit properly I had to cable tie unwanted cables, and remove the small cable clamp off the side of the PSU

Problems : The card only shows as a 8x PCIe in Nvidia Display Panel but that is due to lack of support in the BIOS on Shuttle's behalf and is easily fixed.

No it doesnt.. the fan duct from the SN25P doesnt fit in it either.

You people should stick with the 7800GTX EE XXX if you want a quiet, yet fast card in a single slot variation

not a graphics card, but will an arctic freezer 64 fit in the Shuttle SN26P and would there also be enough room to have a GF 7800 GT, an audigy sound card and a PCi wireless network card?

No, in a word.

The audigy sound card needs a PCI slot and the SN26P doesn't have any.. it only has PCIe slots.

Do you mean the ST20G5 mate?

If on the other hand, you do actually mean the SN25P then - yes

really?? didnt look to good, is it suitable for a nice overclock say 2.8 on a 3700 sandy

On a SN27P2 (new P chassis) someone got a 3000+ up to 2.8GHz

...thats a 50% overclock

Right, I'll hopefully be buying a SN27P2 in the next month or so and really like the look of the ATI X1950 - Is there any change of getting that to fit in there?

I have a double slot 7900GTX in my SN27P2.

I would think that the card you suggest would fit with no issues
