Well I've still got 10 Months left on my 3G contract so I'd be looking at £420 to buy out my existing contract (including the monthly insurance) then for the 32GB 3Gs It's £274.23
So to upgrade to the new handset it's going to cost £700 + an 18 month contract at £42 a month...!
I think I'll just stick to the 3.0 update and hopefully by March 2010 we will be close to another update.

O2: To recap- you may be able to upgrade early via Priority List, otherwise terms for iPhone 3G S are the same as all phones.
People need to factor in the cost of insurance when pricing the iPhone up...

O2 charge £10 a month for iPhone, all other phones for £5-6.
The casing is completely identical to the previous iPhone 3G. It is very slightly more heavier.Is the same form factor-right? Same casing I mean.
