I'd imagine that they had wanted for it to be 3G but the carriers were holding out on them. By that point its too late and they had a front-facing camera they couldn't do much with.

Think you were expecting far too much and were being very unrealistic (especially when you cant quantify what you were expecting) and now kinda going down the troll path.

If its not good enough for you, fair enough I wouldnt buy it either in your position - dont feel obliged to, jsut like I dont when the Andriod bandwagon turns up...
