It's absolutely huge in the US, there's a culture of people literally not liking people who don't have blue bubbles, it's weird. I despise WhatsApp personally, but use it because it's the most popular here.

Sounds a bit like Samsung's Secure Folder; great feature though and it will be handy for work apps etc.

But it's nice to see some parity features with other IM's and the sat feature could be handy.
They've been throwing around 'Late 2024' for the introduction of RCS so we may hear about it during the iPhone 16 launch.
But considering Apple was almost forced to add it, i still have the feeling they'll drag their feet on implementing it.
