Just one tiny question, I've not been watching X-factor, I normally have better things to be doing, but, I'm at a loss and so, watching the rerun, and I want to know... When did Simon Cowell, start being a wuss in his opinions?

I've noticed this too.
There have been some awful moments and he's still said nice things.
I've watched every series since day one and I usually say the same things that Cowell says but in this series I'm saying 'WHAT' at the TV a lot more.

True. He used to criticise his own acts, and really let rip into others. Now he's saying "Yes it was out of tune, but it doesn't matter." Since when?

I really hope Rhydian's album out sells Leon's stupendously to put a final stamp on the subject that he was robbed of the victory. Even Simon said it when he said you came back to prove a point rightly.

I don't like anyone... I thought Diana to win, but now I really don't like any of them. If you look at her first audition... there is no wailing, no hands... its like she's thought...'ooo they like that, lets do more of that'.

I reckon more people would like her if she cut the warbling and sung properly.

She'll probably win though... because she is 'different'.

me too 1st I thought quirky then missed a week then last week was awful so much so that Harry Hill compared her to Kenneth williams then this week was sore on my ears.

If you like that kind of singing then listen to the cranberries "zombie" to hear how it should sound. :o

Don't want to be on the 'net bandwagon but I preferred the otherone with the black hair to Diana.

LOL I honestly can't remember that otherones name at the moment yet I remember the names of the two girl bands.

I always post on monday as you'd have to be insane to watch that live. 3.30 minutes for 30 minutes actual singing.
 
I think the final should be Eoghan and Alexandra, two best acts left really. Ruth was really good this week though, so she might be one to watch out for. Diana is really starting to annoy me now, with the whole stupid hands by the face constantly, and she did a really bad job this week with Patience.

So glad Rachel is gone, I think I disliked her more than Daniel. She ruined Rule the World, totally wrong song choice and she sounded terrible, can't understand the judges comments!

X Factor finalists furious over choice of winner's song

The remaining X Factor finalists are reportedly angry about the song which has been selected for the winner of this year's series.

It's been leaked that the winner will record a cover of Leonard Cohen's single Hallelujah, which has already been performed by Diana Vickers during the early stages of the show.

After her performance Louis Walsh said that she had 'made it totally her own' which has led to accusations of favoritism.

Diana has already caused controversy after she was allowed to skip a week of the competition due to illness. Simon Cowell also told guests at a charity dinner that she was his choice to win the series.

An X Factor insider told the Daily Mirror: "Tempers are running high. They feel it is just the latest in a series of stunts that have left them wondering if the competition has already been won.

"Many suspect producers are paving the way for Diana to win and there is nothing they can do. They feel even if the public put her in the bottom two, the judges will always save her."

What a load, its getting slightly mad now, glad the born angry Rachel has been booted though.
 
JSL For the win. Out of them all they would be the best selling just because they have a lot less competition in the "real world" where as alex has leona to try compare to and owen is too young. I wouldnt mind diana winning though.
