Adobe Fireworks mate

Never used Photoshop, never will.

I occasionally use Photoshop, but I agree that Fireworks is a much much nicer application to use. Such a better GUI and nobody knows the difference between something made in Photoshop vs something made in Fireworks

I agree

When I first ever used the tutorial on Fireworks, the indexing was very straight forward and the tips were in English and not some techy language.

I did try Photoshop once and although the fundamentals were basically the same, trying to use the filters were a nightmare and I had to go through so many paths just to get what I wanted.

Ive only ever ysed Fireworks once, a long time ago when it was still Macromedia. All I can remember was an option to "Optimise for the Web" which I thought was the best feature ever! Would take all your Dreamweaver website image files, cram them down to about 10% of the filesize but with no noticable quality loss, and then put them all back!

I like that one a lot, it looks really good, not sure about the green one though, don't suppose you could make like another abstract/arty type one so I can have a three way rotation thing?

and I was just wondering, are you a graphic designer, or just really good with photoshop?

i just like to dabble with photoshop, i wish i was a graphic designer as its something i have huge interest in. i dont think im good enough for that though
