Right-click, properties of the signature, copy the URL.

Go to User CP at the top, edit signature, press the little icon which looks like pyramids and a sun called "Insert Image", and paste the URL in there. Save signature, and Done!

How do i put it in my sig ?

save it to desktop then upload it to photobucket or your own server
then just put its location wrapped in IMG tags into your sig box in your account settings i.e [IMGhttp://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h203/_lecro_/tummy.jpg[/IMG
