I think I've made my position clear in both here and the Ukraine thread. Musk is dabbling in things he clearly knows not enough about so should refrain from using his megaphone on this subject to basically spout Russian propaganda. Russia or in fact any country doesn't get to invade a sovereign nation and murder, rape, kidnap its way through the population and then annex parts of it. Then proceed to murder/move the Ukrainian supporting population out and Russian supporting population in and then hold sham elections on making it part of Russia. The UN would have nothing to do with any elections in Ukraine like he has suggested. If he was informed he'd know that.

The guy is clearly a genius in the engineering and publicity of his products but this is real world politics and he's clearly ***** at it and so should keep his trap shut. Ukraine is fighting for its existence and its people against, I think we can all agree, an evil regime. It doesn't need Musk throwing his oar in and stirring up appeasement talk of Russian aggression.

Has that made my position clear enough for you?

That was 2012.

My first visit to Ukraine was October 2014. I sat next to a lad working for the BBC. He was part of an international group overseeing the elections.

I think those elections would probably be more relevant being the first since the Maidan Revolution in February. a lot of damage was still visible in Maidan Square.

I know the map is legit, its the Russian state TV using it and Musk's tweet as propaganda I was thinking may not be legit, wouldn't surprise me if it is, they must be loving Musk right now.

Imagine pedantically explaining what a forum avatar is when you clearly knew I meant signature, you did basically broadcast you suffer from the same issue as Apex with this post
