Got them all from here:

Look under icon sets and icontainers... I use Candybar to change the bulk. The software is dead cheap for something like that, $12...

p.s. Majority of my icons are under the title "smooth Icons" - there's over 10 sets as faar as i can remember.

Just installed Shapeshifter and changed my icons with Candybar. They are brilliant softwares, worth the investment.

I have loads of these from the blokes website! They are great, just put them in a folder and make the background change every now and then looks lovely!
