The perfect poached egg

Have to agree with the above, i was very skeptical at first but after trying the cling film method a year ago Ive been doing my eggs that way since. They come out lovely and taste great :)
 
best method i've read about used some cling film, make a ball type shape with the cling film, crack the egg into it, boiling water, drop the egg wrapped in cling film in, allow to cook for 4-5 minutes, voila :p

Will give this method a try.I normally just simmer some water add the egg, add viniger and cook for a couple of mins until done.
 
Non stick frying pan shallow water level, beauty is the egg won't stick to the base. Once the egg is cracked in then cover with a large saucepan lid. Oh and I add malt vinegar as well :)
