Horrible Halo'ing on that
God I hate HDR
+1 in this case though it's not as bad I've seen on some. I don't understand though, surely with photoshop it can't be that hard at all to correct this sort of haloing by just masking properly/manually?
I love this pic what equipment did you use to take the shot

Think this was with either a 30D/40D and a Canon 10-22mm. Remote shutter with a timer and a 30 second exposure. Tied up the camera with a tripod with the seat belts.

Been a while since I last had the time and opportunity to get some motorsport photos, so popped down to Oulton today for a trackday.
Safe to say, the weather was pants! I lasted about an hour, if that, before the barrage of hail made me think 'Sod this!'. Saying that, it seems a lot of the participants had the same idea, as the paddock was very empty when i returned to my car!
So, limited time, but my first real play with the 7D for its intended purpose and my god, its AF is so fast and accurate! Combined with the Servo mode on the 70-200 f4...
Enjoy/criticise/slate! Been a while since I've done it, so I was a bit rusty.
