Bless :)

Biggest tip for getting shots of the little one, get down to their level. Your knees wont thank you, but the results are worth it :)

Are these better? The one I posted was shot on a Ricoh GRDIII (which I just got yesterday as a snapshot camera) 28mm is a right handful compared to 35mm and 50mm. I'll get there in the end! :)
Sorry, I missed this first time around. All the black and white ones are cool! I'm not a fan of the style of the coloured ones but I know people are into that sort of street photography. To me, it's just people walking around :o

I went for a walk around Battersea Park today.

Those starling photos are superb! What camera did you use to take those on? Seem really sharp considering extension tubes are being used?

What does TC mean? Is it responsible for the floor warping under Jennie? I don't feel either way about the floor yet :)

It stands for Teleconverter, basically it turns my 70-200 f2.8 lens into a 140-400 f5.6 lens. The shots above are wide open at f5.6, I reckon it might be quite decent at f8 but haven't tested that yet.

I've no idea what is happening in the foreground, it's a bit odd. It might be an issue with the TC and full frame, although I haven't noticed it in other shots. I'll have to do some more testing!

It was with a 1Ds2, they're not bad considering. AF isn't too bad even with the TC, although not near as quick as without. I'll try and get some at f8 tomorrow, that's what I used to use my old 150-500 at anyway so if it's comparable I'll be happy.

Still good that you can use autofocus with the TC as on some camera and lens combinations its not possible. Might look at a TC myself for bird photos.

Took some pictures of TT riders testing at Castle Combe on Tuesday, just grabbed the camera out quick whilst I was on lunch. They were really going for it, doing some awesome speeds!

They aren't very sharp, but I think that's me needing to practise panning more:

Fantastic shots in this thread - love the TT shots and that second photo of Jennie wearing the hat is superb.

Here's a couple from me - Dunure castle, Ayrshire. The first one's just a few minutes before dawn, the second at dawn. The day was absolutely beautiful until about 9am, then it became the bog standard rainathon.
