yeah re-enactment is where a battle is re-enacted ( if it looks naff or not is a personal thing ) personally most are very inaccurate due to the fact they are not allowed to use live rounds and real mines etc.

living history is what i would class as life sized live "diorama"

some of the german troops in the picture have late war gear ( 1945 ) on so there was less/ no chance of any pylons standing due to allied bombing etc

They bombed the power stations, bombing pylons would've been extremely ineffective

The point being made is that we leveled the entire area. Not just the power stations.

Northern Germany became one big mud-pit by the end of the bombing campaign.

It's call Danbo, you can get it a few places online.

That is the small one, there is a bigger and more expensive one.

Thanks, the lens is a Konica 35/2 UC-Hexanon mounted on a Fuji X-Pro 1.
