I've wanted danbo for ages! Just the android figure was there and I had a £5 voucher anyway, so I thought why not... Definitely has nothing to do with you!

*quickly hides canon strap on Panasonic camera*

£50 with postage for both! But I've spent more on worse! Just won't tell the Gf...

^ Detail in that first one is ace! 2nd one...his hair is really white haha!

Keeping up the B&W theme, here's one from me. My first B&W processed photo since getting my DSLR, just been playing around with it in LR. Still trying to figure out Lightroom so apologies for the stripped exif info.

C&C welcome!

Hehe Thanks, Yeah the second Shot was rather White hair but this Fella had very white hair, I've never seen Hair this White, He is only 65 as well, Very Surpising i like the photo, I do have better shots of him but i already posted this shot so, It's abit late now lol.

Down with watermarks I say!

there appears to be a blue cast (faint) on the squirrel - Appeared on my home screen and work, both calibrated!

That second picture is a nice image, but looks a bit too overdone in PP. A bit more like something out of a game advert, and overly photoshopped rather than natural lighting in the sky with colours lacking so much in the foreground.

Yeah, it has by the looks of it, through the trees.

Too much white on the trees.

Was wondering originally if he'd just stuck a gradient map and some contrast over it, but does just seem entirely replaced taking a second non-sleepy eyed look.

thanks, yes i had to replace the sky as there were allot of power pylons in the background behind the trees and me trying to get it too look right as "during the war" there where no massive pylons around.

the ww2 living history groups are very critical of errors in ww2 themed photos :(

Well the UK national grid was completed before WWII, not too sure about France / Germany but it's a safe bet pylons were around. For authenticity I'm not sure what's worse, an out of place pylon or obviously shopped photos :D The second in a grainy B&W could be nice.

So just to clarify.. those pics are from a "re-enactment"? Sorry if that the incorrect term. I've been chastised before by a group of UK civil war enthusiasts for not using the semantically correct term :p

I'm asking because I've been looking at lots of "colourised" photos today.
