RE: Fireworks

Mine were also crap, but handheld is my excuse.

It's easy to know where they are going. If there is no music then listen to the thumps and watch the little golden shells fly up into the sky. By the time you've tracked them and located just as they burst, by firing the shutter you'll get them spot on.

I still didn't get many photos either. Videos with an external mic from the 5D3 were great, considering I've never shot video before last night, although manual focusing is a PITA.

My Gf stole mine and the camera the other day. Then spun the dial straight to auto, so now I have a few photos of Danbo's as jpg.



When I have more time I can get some more photos, but god knows when I'll find the time to do it!

Few snaps from taking my nephew down the beach on bonfire night, really need to go to a display as our little fireworks were crap

I only get down there every fortnight to see my son, and don't have much time for photos as a result. But the whole area has so much photogenic material - the Downs, the coast - all fantastic!
