Shooting from the hips (not intentional, just had my camera that place and he put his hands out and I pressed the shutter as a reflex), total fluke as I wouldn't have time to focus/pick a focus point/compose/pull it up to my face or anything but press the shutter. He had just put his hands up that moment and passed me split second later.

Found the same with mine on my 70D, bike was moving and I quickly flicked up the camera and got this, despite the backlighting.

Cool shot but I think waiting a second to get more of his shadow as a longer lead in line would have been awesome and possibly a step to the right so he was silhouetted against the sky. Was it early morning? I always find early morning amazing for street photography.
