Not sure then Mark, this game is a bit of a hot mess at the moment. There's a lot of issues with it hopefully will be in better shape once its out of beta.thats the one im using.

Do you have SAM enabled? May want to try toggling it on and off and see if it helps. I think performance will improve in Forza 5 for RDNA2, game was only just released and optimisations are still ongoing.Recently got the 6900xt, changed from a 3080, in Forza 5 one thing I'm noticing that's annoying is loading sections of the game takes so much longer, get a black screen with the white circle spinning that takes way way longer than when I had the 3080 in, Is this normal for AMD 6 series cards?
Game still suffered from micro stutters probably even worse since switching too. On the plus side the avarage fps has increased nicely and would be smoother if not for the micro stutter bug the gane seems to be blighted with.
Yeah it is, the new drivers are great on other games for me, got a boost in Forza and Far Cry 6. Im thankful i havent bought the game, just trying the trial.
Noted.Yeh i get occasional stutter, i dropped it back to ultra from extreme and it seems to have removed them though.

It gives you a more stable core clock in CPU heavy games, so you should set it 100Mhz below max.
With memory you'll need to run Timespy or Superposition 4K optimized and find the sweet spot.
At some point you'll lose performance. From my experience of half a dozen 6900 XTs, it could be anywhere between 2100Mhz-2162Mhz.
Note, XTX can only go up to 2150Mhz. Try at 2100Mhz and go from there. Next try 2112Mhz, next 2124Mhz, so on and so forth until 2150Mhz.
I have found that most like either 2112Mhz or 2124Mhz. My Toxic liked 2162Mhz, but that is rare.
Submit a bug report for that please. AMD Bug Report Tool | AMDYeh i get occasional stutter, i dropped it back to ultra from extreme and it seems to have removed them though.
edit: it was turning off freesync that stopped the stutter.

That's good.
Any issues in Forza as seen by the user above?
Noted.
First chance to play some games last night. BF2042 had a couple of crashes, but that could be the game rather than my modest undervolt (1150).How are the MSI Radeon RX 6900 XT GAMING Z TRIO owners finding the GPU?
I saw some flickering in Vanguard with Enhanced sync enabled, so if you had that enabled it may have been causing your flickering rather than Freesync.First chance to play some games last night. BF2042 had a couple of crashes, but that could be the game rather than my modest undervolt (1150).
PUBG was disappointing. Was seeing FPS of around 69fps and stuttering. On my 3090 I was easily hitting 144 (have the game set to limit to monitor refresh rate) so would expect the same with a 6900XT.
I did some research afterwards and saw people mentioning that disabling fTPM in the BIOS helped for them. Have turned that off but not had a chance to check that yet.
F1 2019 which I played afterwards seemed to run okay.
