If your coming from Nvidia cards you might be scratching your head when I tell you the best results are usually when you undervolt the card. Less volts, less heat means boosting longer.
I'll post some tuning settings tomorrow.

Undervolting nvidia cards is not a new thing, its extremely common, and is the correct way to optimise both AMD and nvidia GPU's
With all these new cards out I'm happily going to keep my Nitro+ 7900XTX for a while now. I only checked the other night and Black Ops 6 is eating up to 19GB at 4K with everything maxed out. Tbf I didn't even notice as I've just been enjoying the game

Quite a few games are pushing up VRAM now. I wouldn’t touch any card less than 24GB at 4K.
