This is from my perceived perspective as I've never been but I think you could have a hoot in pretty much anything. Infact a small hatch with not a whole lot of power but go-kart like handling would probably be my weapon of choice for a first visit. In hindsight I'd have loved to have taken my 306, decent handling but topped out at 100 (with a long run up and a tail wind) so less chance of me getting carried away and bending it.

cool, would rather go when its slightly less packed if at all possible!

CSL probably gone by then as looking at a few options to change into around spring time as have a couple of continental jaunts lined up and I think the CSL will do my head in on those kind of trips!

We were planning to do this in 2009 but the exchange rate is crippling. A 4 lap ticket has gone up more than £20 in the last 18 months, same for a night in a hotel and whilst the cost of fuel is stable, everything else is just too much tbh.

I may be being blind, but are the public dates released yet? I've had a look on the official site but can't see anything about them.

I'm looking to go in around June time but would like to know when I need to book off work etc. as soon as possible.

I am hoping to go in July/August/September...not sure if the 'ring will be open.... currently a convoy of 5 people in EP3's, Integra's, BMW's and a Celica...and hopefully I will have something interesting in May to take.
