No - the 'official' rule is that crowd distractions do not merit a replay of the point. Unfortunately, the umpire (who would have known the rules back to front - he is a wimbledon centre court umpire) followed the rule to the letter. In my opinion, 'crowd distractions' means people clapping or whatnot during the point. In this case, the umpire should have used his noddle and replayed the point, but he chose not to.
