Godfather with a skin job, tweaked and with the ability to climb buildings.

Ok game but not great, worth a look if you can get it cheap.

1- Open game from Saboteur.exe
2- Ctrl+Alt+Delete to go to your task manager; under the processes tab find Saboteur.exe
3- Right Click and select set priority and change it to Real Time
4- Right Click again on saboteur.exe and choose Set Affinity and mark CPU1 only ... For quad core Mark CPU3 only

1- Go to My Documents>My Games>The Saboteur>Save Game> Config.txt
2- Find the refresh rate and make it 60
3- Find Vsync and change it to 0
4- Write this line under the vysinc line "Windowed 1" without the quotes
5- File>Save ... File>Exit

(For Windows 7)

1.) Open MSCONFIG (You can open it by entering MSCONFIG in the search bar)
2.) Select the “Boot” tab
3.) Click on “Advanced Options”
4.) Check “Number of Processors”
5.) Select “1” from dropdown menu
6.) Click “Apply”
7.) Restart machine

(For Windows Vista)

1.) Open MSCONFIG – Start> Run > Type MSCONFIG
2.) Select the “BOOT.INI” tab
3.) Click on “Advanced Options…”
4.) Select the check box for /NUMPROC= set it to 1 & click “OK”
5.) Click “Apply”
6.) Restart machine

The last one definately works but the side-effects on your PC are obvious.

Thanks Viper, so this means the game would be running off one of the Cores of my i7. I read on the main forum a patch is being worked on.

I've heard so many people say it's just ATI then others say they've had trouble with Nvidia and then some say it's a Vista/Win7 problem.

With Vista and a Nvidia card (and dual cores) I've ran this perfectly with no problem.

Ive got a 2.4 gig E6600 dual core cpu, 8800 GTX 768 meg, 4 gig ram. What will it run like? I'll be running it 1680 x 1050.

Just though I'd pass on that this game doesn't very well on a mid range pc such as mine. It auto-detects the settings as high and playing on this is unplayable. I set the settings to medium and turned shadows off and it's still very choppy.
The game seems to be good fun, but you really need smoothness and it also has the annoying habbit of loading zones when it is supposed to be open world.

it seems ok.

quite fun sniping generals from roof tops with a kar98.

although from looking at the perks sniper scopes have wobble, where as my kar98 has zero wobbles and it's the centre of the dot reticule 100% of the time. so snipers are probably going to be useless.

it's assassins creed meet moh really.

Yeah it is a little too hard to be killed which spoils it a bit for me .
